Spawns a familiar that bounces around the room and blocks enemy projectiles, dealing 1 damage per tick (4.29 per second).

The speed of the familiar changes based on its distance from Isaac, slowing down when Isaac is close to it.

Whenever the familiar makes contact with an enemy or blocks a projectile, it has a chance to spawn a Hollow Friend that disappears when the room is cleared. It cannot drop any hearts.

The chance to spawn a Hollow Friend scales with the amount of Hollow Friends already in the room, with the more present, the smaller the chances. The initial chance is 100%, followed by 5%, then 2.5%, and so on, using the formula 1 / 20 × HollowFriends.
